Quality
Quality is one of the crucial factors which we take seriously into consideration in providing our jewelry findings and master alloys. As such, we have set up an advanced metal analysis centre equipped with different analytical instruments, e.g. ICP-OES and AA-OES, in Hong Kong to ensure our products are in line with several international standards, e.g. ASTM, EN, ISO, GB, etc.
To better control the quality of our products, we have implemented quality management system with reference to ISO 9001:2015. Through adopting the quality management system, we can continuously control and improve the quality of our products, meet our customers’ requirements and demonstrate our commitment to quality.
Environmental Sustainability
Environmental protection is of utmost importance for us. We always make it high priority by strictly controlling the pollution emission in the course of our alloy manufacturing processes.
Different pollution control devices are installed at different locations for different processes. For instance, a wet scrubber is installed and utilized in the alloy manufacturing section to cool down, neutralize and remove hazardous substances in the gaseous stream.
During the recycling of metal scraps, we effectively minimize the usage of chemicals in refinery processes through prior sorting of the scraps. The by-products and chemical waste will either be collected by authorized waste/chemical waste collectors or treated properly on-site through a systematic pollution control mechanism.
In addition, COBB and Lee takes a step forward in environmental protection by implementing environmental management system (EMS) in accordance with ISO 14001:2015 to ensure our company is in compliance with legal environmental requirements, minimizes environmental impacts, continuously controls and improves our environmental performance.
